Why the hell won't aol work in my computer?

Ok most of you guys know a lot more about comouters than I do.
I use my laptop primarily for poker and everything works fine except AOL.
It freezes every time that i open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and talked to both their CS as well as Dell's and have gotten no where.
Does anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Stop using AOL.

You are one of the lucky ones with an AOL resistant computer. You'll get over it.. evolution is a good thing.

LOL aol sucks and I dont pay for it but sometimes Im in someones house and want to use dial up if they dont have a computer.
