Thought about this the other night. I have a few questions after I describe it.

Prop Bet:

You have 1 year to work out in such a way that your right (upper) arm and your left (upper) leg are 80% larger than the other arm/leg. Everything will be measured in the fully-flexed state.

Questions:

1) Is this possible in a year?
2) If so, would it be easier for someone who starts off big all around, and allow one arm/leg to shrink and continue to work out the other arm/leg? Or, better to start off small so that the 80% difference isn't as huge in absolute terms?
3) How much would it take for you to try? (Assumes you think it is possible in the first place.)

My right arm is already 80% bigger than my left. This took many years of frustration and rejection to develop though. I doubt someone could accomplish this in just one year.

That is really weird and would be extremely funny. I have no idea about the terms though.

Voluntarily put your leg in a cast for a year... its the only way i can think of to do this and even then it might not be possible...

80%! I can't imagine that. I'd think 20% would be gross enough as it is.
