PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

MP2 (t2960)
MP3 (t9245)
CO (t4863)
Hero (t1795)
SB (t3505)
BB :#A500AF(Villain)/ (t4574)
UTG (t4070)
UTG+1 (t4310)
MP1 (t8413)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
6 folds, Hero raises to t300, 1 fold, BB :#A500AF(Villain)/ calls t200.

This starts out as a pretty standard steal play. I have not been hyper-aggressive, but I have made a bonehead play or two so...

Flop: (t650) Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
Villain bets t300, Hero calls t300.

Is this ok? Or is this a raise/fold situation? I put him on putting me on missing an ace. He probably has a seven, maybe a Q, but I don't think so.

Turn: (t1250) A/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
Villain bets t500, Hero ?

Should I be worried about the ace? Is this a reraise? Should I have pushed on the flop? Seems like a call on the flop, as poor a move as that might have been, might set up a play here. I just think I boned this one a bit. Thoughts?

Thanks.

I either fold or put in a decent sized defensive raise to define my hand. Unfortunately, you're running low on chips, so your only defensive play is a push. It's close but I let this one go on the flop.

His turn bet suggests he hasn't put you on missing an ace at all, or at least is happy with his 2 pair/set against it - if he puts you on ace he must expect a call from you and is still happy to bet out, unless of course he's not trying to put you on a damn thing lol

What level is it ?

i like your line as long as you fold the turn.

Unless you have a great read on him, you have to fold the turn. He saw the ace too, and he bet into it. So, we know one of the following must be true

It helped him
It doesnt matter, he still has the best hand even if it hit you.
He is very aggressive, and is making a move.

2 of those 3 are bad for you, so you should lay down unless you are pretty confident he is making move.

What do you do if a blank hits the turn? Are you folding to turn agression, on any non K9?
