I skipped it this week, just hated the format last week even though I cashed. It's a pretty low payout for what in effect is a $330 buy in, and maybe it was just my table last week, but it was so slow and tight, that by the time we got to the money only 6 or 7 people had more than 10 Big blinds left in their stack.

100$ rebuy for only 50K, seemed strange to me. I opted for the 10K instead. 80 runners, so decent overlay.

Yuk, they rake the rebuys.

I hadn't played in any of the party/empire rebuys yet and after realizing this I don't think I plan to.

Looks like I made the right decision playing the 10K instead. Took it down for my first win at the 100$ entry level. I would rather have gigabet's 2nd place finish, but I am happy.

that's why i'm not playing these.

changing it to a $100 rebuy is goofy enough.

Charging an extra $9 every time you re-buy and add-on is just embarassing.



Unfortunately, I have 2 of those freeroll things for the $200k guaranteed at the end of the month which is ALSO a re-buy now.
So I have to spend them. I wonder if the propsect of playing in a rebuy that large will actually scare enough players away to keep the overlay.

That should really be a weird one I'm guessing.


Other than the $200k guaranteed which I'm stuck with I have no intentions of playing their crappy rebuy tourney structures EVER unless I somehow see some value/overlay in any of those (which is doubtful).
