This episode of American Dad is damn funny so far, and I don't care who disagrees. I am pleased.

Yeah, I agree, it had some really funny bits, but it's not one of the best. It was still great though. I was not disappointed with either show, and pleasantly surprised by AD.

This season seems to be a lot more ad hoc...not really one solid story connecting everything which my roommates don't like, but I don't mind...and I think its f'in funny

The chicken fight was cool, but overall the episode wasnt that great. It was still better than 99% of the crap on TV, but not as good as old FG or this seasons first episode.

I agree. Very disappointed in the first 2 American Dad episodes, but this one was actually pretty damn funny.

the second chicken fight was amazing
the thrid chicken fight will be amazing (but probly won't be for another 2 seasons)

as far as best episode ever, don't get ahead of urself. many great moments, but on the whole not best ever.

favorite moment was the quagmire fan bit, further proof that zellweger is not hot.

My favorite part of FG was Stewies "I wasn't ognna do it, but I did it anyway" speech.

Also great was the scene of the two black chiucks whaling on each other before the news.

This episode was kind of weak, but I was laughing throughout the entire chicken scene so it more than made up for it.

I finally just watched my TiVo'd FAMILY GUY from this week. That chicken fight was amazing. Jaw to the floor. It's not so much laugh-out-loud hilarious as it is just surrealist, absurd genius. I think it's like 4 of the best minutes of animation I've ever seen. And what tops it off is how nothing else in the episode even hints at its existence.
