Who do you think is the best limit Omaha/8 player in the world? If you can't think of who to put as "the best" you can just list/name some people you think are in the top 10 or 20.

I have heard Mark Gregorich mentioned for this.
Since Doyle Brunson/bobbybaldwin chose him to ghostwrite the O8 section in SS2 I'll believe it.

Steve Badger can't be terrible either if he's won a bracelet in it.

Mark is generally considered to be one of the best, if not the best, live cash-game players.
