Word Document

I got an email earlier today with a word document attached. I downloaded the file (opened), skimmed it and deleted the email. The server empties the trash at 3:00 AM, so I cannot find the deleted email. Apparently I didn't save the document. I went to open recent, and it shows up, but when you click, it tells me something abotu FCC temporary files.

I'm guessing it's still on my computer, but I have no idea where. Help?
