its late and im tired so i tend to get a little conservative which is dumb when i three bet and he raises turn on me what do i do at some point i have to respect three of a kind or pair with so much aggression dont i?

Time to slow down after that raise on the turn. Call down mode, might even put in a raise on the river if the board pairs and counterfeits a possible two pair. If you wanted to test him with a 3 bet, it should have been on the flop.
