I dont know that I'd raise the turn. You 3 bet him on the flop, and got lead into (stop-n-go). He's probably got a hand here.

couldnt see him having a two though and that really was only scare

the two overpair hands chapter in sshe does a nice job explaining why you need to raise here rather than waiting for the turn. i believe ed emphasizes that your edge is too great to miss the raise here.

This is not the time to build a big pot on the flop. Here you want to raise right away!
You don't want anyone too make a lousy two-pair hand just because you made them stay in the pot.

(Yeah I know in this particular hand the turn made you a two-pair as well but you don't know that on the flop)
