I suspected a blind steal so defended aggressively. Was this a bad play considering I was on the bubble?

Button is getting 3:1 on this call. He's correct to call just about everything here.

yes, it was a bad play specially considering the little guy.

Well, I'm just thinking that it's bad considering that he's not going to get button to fold at all. As for the little guy, I won't slow down my bubble pushes because of him. If he doubles, you're in trouble.

I wouldn't like it, but I would also push. You only have 2.5xBB after posting SB next hand. Certainly not enough to do any 'stealing' of your own.

On the flip size, villian is bubbling himself. I think an all-in might be more representitive of a steal - don't like me chances much, but a clear push regardless.

I can't believe that I'm the first one to say "stop and go" in this thread so far

You should push even more when there's a little guy around. But I would temper that to only opening - staying away from all-in resteals against the big stack is probably a good idea.

sorry I realize the hand history is difficult to read. The guy stealing was the second smallest stack. Is it still a fold? Based on my own thinking and the responses I think its a fold now.

So not true when ure up aginst the big guy and he has 3-1 odds to call u.
