Tonight's show starts with the final table of thebike.com's freeroll event, which was detailed a bit in whalekock's post. When that ends, they'll be bringing in a 200 NL game about 20 minutes after that happens. Last night's game, the 10/20 NL $1k min buyin, is replacing the 500 min game that's usually been held Friday nights, according to Mo.

I might check in later!

According to Denny, The final table can chop but they would still have to play out the chips unitl they have an "official" winner. Unless they start playing "big blind" always wins, the final table should last less than an hour and a half.

Kevmath

The first time L@TB tried to do a live final table, Denny made the mistake of not stating before the tournament in question started that they can only make a deal for 90% of the prize pool and they had to play it out. What happened was everyone decided to do a chip count deal before the final table started.

Hard to tell that seat 9 has been drinking.

That is quite a tight fold of AT when its folded to him in MP.

1st, 2nd, and 24d get computer related prizes as well as cash so I think they would have to play it out anyway. Unless they agreed to sell the items and split the money up. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.

05-14-2005, 10:55 PM
KT had more than a gutshot on that J97 flop, A turn. KT had a double-gutshot and an overcard. That made the semi-bluff much cheaper than if it were only a gutshot.

Interesting, why play JT if you're going to fold to a small bet when you flop an OESD?

A classic. I pick up lots of tells by watching the opponents watch the cards come off. They don't even know you are watching them, so you get honest tells. Combine one of those with a conflicting acting tell, and you can be sure your read is 100% correct. We can't pick up the first kind here, because the camera cuts to the board as the cards come out. $%^&*!!!

There's a list for that table, just like any table at the Bike or any other card room. In order to play at that table though, they do have to sign a release allowing themself to be broadcast over the Internet. At www.thebike.com (http://www.thebike.com), they usually put up a schedule for what game they're going to broadcast Wednesday-Saturday. The recent schedule has been Wednesday 30/60 limit, Thursday "high stakes" limit or a 5k 1 table shootout (although most weeks it's usually a 100 or 200 NL game, Friday night is now the 10/20 NL 1k min buyin game and Saturday night is the 200 NL game.
