early play / coin flips

early on in the sit n go should we avoid coin flip situations..E.X.
1) AKs/o against lower pp
2) QQJJ1010 against over cards

are these foldable preflop early in a sit n go?

None of those are folds in an unraised pot. You can dump AQ, TT, and maybe JJ out of position if you really aren't confident but AK, AA-QQ are all in hands to me early.

i had AKo early in a sit n go . i raised then got re raised so i raised all in against JJ.. i knew it was QQ or JJ and the pot contained some money that wasnt mines about 10% if i pushed...

im thinking maybe after a reraise i should fold AKo because if i push my ITM is halfed..anyone else have ideas?

If you're playing at the 5 or 11 dollar level AK is an all in hand, at least until you get to a multiway pot. You can fold it if there are 2 all ins and you don't have many chips in.

What if I told u coin flips shouldnt be avoided, thats just a myth.

QQ against AK is about 57%. You don't pass up 57/43 flips. If you know the guy has a lower PP, sure, you should fold your 43/57 shot, but remember, AQ, AJ, KQ, AT, A9, KJ, you'll see 'em all, and you'll have them dominated.
