I really see babies as the least annoying. I understand that they can't help it because they aren't old enough to understand. However people on cell phones suck. But the worst is easily the people who tell the people with the children to quiet down. At least on the bus it is, because it's only a couple minutes. It's probably different for resturants.

Usually. But I was on the bus the other day and this mother had 2 infants (she was pretty young too) and was trying to calm the crying one down. There were these 13-14 year old girls in front of me each talking on their cell's, that was annoying. But then this woman from the back kept saying "Lady, make your kids quiet." It was really annoying.
