I deposit $500 into Paradise but no bonus

I couldn't see anywhere to type in the bonus code when I deposited from Neteller so I just deposited anyway figuring something would pop up letting me type in the bonus code. Nothing did and I've looked all over the client and can't find where I could type in a bonus code. Am I just stupid?

Edit: Just noticed the other thread and had already emailed them. Does anyone see the bonus box now thought?

They gave me it. Manually updating brings the bonus box up.

For future reference, there should be a "bonus code" textbox in the dialog that pops up after you click "Buy Chips" (the same one you choose Neteller or whatever from as your reload source).

This "bonus box" does not appear in my cashier. I'm sure I'm not alone. They'll probably fix it after a few hundred emails complaining...

there is an update to the Paradise software which you need to request manually. go to Help -> Check For Program Update and download the new version. once it's installed, then there will be a bonus box when you deposit.

Once you've reloaded and received the bonus points to work off, can you withdraw the funds you just deposited? Or do you need to leave them in there for some amount of time.

I already had money in my paradise account - deposited more for the bonus, and would like to take that money back out.

Does that work? (i searched the forum but couldn't find the answer)

I believe you have to wait 4 hours before withdrawing.

I generally clear the bonus and keep playing, unless the games are real bad. I think withdrawals over weekends take a while at Paradise.
