Do they mind if I deposit for the bonus and the cash out and deal with the bonus later? And I mean mind as in do something to my account. Thanks.

They don't care. In fact, if paradise is doing a reload you can deposit for the first time bonus, cash out, and then redeposit for the reload. You get both of your bonuses at the same time.
