The title makes perfect sense. Your posts are ridiculous in the fact you bash everything no matter what.

Still too early to tell, but I signed up for mlb.tv about 10 minutes ago. Decidedly not hi-definition, but still pretty sweet.

I just got an optical mouse with forward/back buttons on the side for web browsing. I don't know how I ever used to click the actual forward/back buttons every time. It helps a ton while browsing 2+2. Yes, I am a computer geek.

Once I bought my first J&F Non-Iron all cotton $50 dress shirt (http://tinyurl.com/bujcx) from Men's Wearhouse (sometimes on sale for $42) a year or two ago I can no longer stand wearing the typical $23 to $27 (on sale) Macy's or Robinson/May or even LL Bean and Land's End type dress shirts I had been wearing.

If I can avoid spilling lunch or coffee on the J&F shirts, I can get away with wearing them twice between launderings, and it looks and feels better after the end of the second day than the other shirts do ten minutes after they go on. They simply don't wrinkle (despite being all cotton) and are well put together. It's a bargain when you factor in the savings on dry cleaning.

I'd like to get a few of this quality level in button down (mostly white or French blue) but Men's Wearhouse doesn't carry them. Does anyone know other vendors of similar shirts in button down at $50 or less?

~ Rick

PS Seriously, anyone want a bunch of near new department store quality mostly white dress shirts size 16.5 inch neck with a 34 inch sleeve? PM me if interested and I can keep them in my trunk until we meet up at a card club. Otherwise they all go to Goodwill /images/graemlins/grin.gif

My first answer to this subject was Tivo. I'm glad someone beat me to it. I have a 42" HD Plasma downstairs, but I watch almost ALL tv on my 27" normal-def TV in my bedroom cause I can't stand commercials.....

These are great shirts. A little over-ambitious for this thread, but a quality choice, nontheless.

The other stuff such as fast Internet was already mentioned /images/graemlins/smile.gif.

When I wrote the post I just got home after a second (by second I mean I also wore it a week ago another place) long day of wearing the same French Blue J&F dress shirt and I swear I could have worn it a third time - it still looked fresh. My other shirts look worse coming from the cleaners.

I do wish I could find a few of similar quality/price in button down given I grew up in a "preppy" town and still like button down (but not with a suit of course /images/graemlins/grin.gif).
