Anyone know why the number of tournament results being caught by PP has been greatly reduced lately?

We recently had a downturn starting on May 2nd. It took us a bit to work out the problems, but we think we have a fix on it now. You can follow the data collection history on our site now for the last 30 days.

Because the product sucks. You will be told that this is just an unusual occurence, that they now have under control. It will happen over and over again. You will get the same BS answers over and over again. This is if you are even lucky enough to have them admit that they are not capturing a large percentage of the data. You might just get told that it is a statistical fluke that they just happen to catch less than a third of your thousands of games whenever you try their sample searches.
