Just curious about whether most of yall choose your SNG level primarily on bankroll or estimated skill level/experience.

If I was thinking about moving up (22->33, for example) what bankroll should I have (as a multiple of buyins) before doing so? I've seen a lot of posts about bankroll and levels in the SSNL forums, but not many in here.

I believe the general rule is 50 buy ins. Less if you are single tabling.

ill put $10 on there being a post within the first 100 threads that tells you everything you need to know.

hell, ill make it $30, but only if you give me $10 for every one that is within the pages.

easy money

I'm at the 10's, where I'm at, purely on the basis of skill. I've taken a shot or two at the 22's, but I just started last month, and with my ROI being only around 10%, I really still belong at the 10's. I could play much higher, but there's not much point yet.

You should be fine single tabling with 20+ buy-ins as an inexperienced player at the 11s. The more, the less risk of ruin.
