2/4 table is fairly loose and passive for the most part. Villian is not overly loose, nor aggressive.

Hero is UTG+2 with Ac Qd

UTG calls, fold, Hero raises, fold, CO calls, 2 folds, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop Jd 4s Th

BB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks, CO bets, UTG calls, Hero calls.

I have two overs and a gutshot is this a standard lead out? I checked as the flop likely helped the others and I hoped to see a free card as the table was passive. In retrospect I guess a bet is needed here.

UTG checks, Hero bets, Co raises, Hero?

I have top pair decent kicker with a gutshot draw. What is my line now?

Khali:

I would generally bet the flop in this situation....2 overs and a gutshot, 3 opponents on a generally passive table, 2 opponents already checked, CO not overly loose or aggressive.

I like leading the turn, as the Ace may scare the CO into checking behind. Once he raises, it certainly looks like you are behind, given your read. I would call the turn and fold the river unimproved if I was confident in my read here. Against an unknown, or with a shaky read, I would look him up.

Bet the flop.

Call down after the turn unless you hit your gutshot.
