What do you call a person who is not good at expressing emotion, and also avoids feeling extreme emotion?

I mean taken to an extreme. It takes a lot of work to avoid emotions completely. My friend calls me stoic. That's a good word for it, but I have a feeling there's a better one. He also always refers to the fact that I'm a Capricorn. I don't believe in astrology or anything, but he said that most Capricorns say that.
