Taking my first shot at 2/4, tenth hand in. Saw two 5-way pots capped preflop before this one.

Raising preflop might have made someone playing Ace junk not even enter this hand.

Not sure what the eventual winner held, but I'm not sure you should have even called the river here with two opponents in the pot and a lone Ace having the nuts.

2/4 is an adjustment for sure. It took it in the keyster for a little while when I first moved up, but now it feels pretty much like all the other levels did once I got comfortable.

Yeah, keep forgetting to raise with KJs in full ring.

I think they both have two pair or one's a maniac and the other has two pair more than 3% of the time.

As it turns out, UTG had K2o, and MP3 had T9o.

Yup, so it looks like not raising preflop cost me a 30 BB pot

They're not all like this. IMO you played this fine. When you get a little better, you'll be able to ping a J on the river.

EDIT: Others have advocated rasing preflop. I agree, but I don't think limping is a big error.

I was thinking what PokerBob said. What I do with KJs here depends on what UTG is like, which you dont know only 10 hands in.

Tables like this are long-run money. The occasional lumps hurt.
