Villian had raised my blind one orbit prior to this from the SB. Other than that, he's been pretty tame.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Button (t3080)
Hero (t995)
BB (t235)
UTG (t2960)
MP (t730)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.

Seems an ideal time to sit back and see how MP intends to get more chips than you here.

Fold, and note the button as possibly a good player.

Edit: I can't be bothered to double check, but it appears that if BB gets knocked out here, then (if it's party) MP will save a big blind himself.
It may matter what hand number you're at on this level.

if you reraise you'll create a pot of 1395, of which he only has to call 595 to take part in, with no more chips to put in the pot, ever. So you are laying him over 2:1 for his money. He should be callng this reraise w/ any two cards.

I think a much better move would be to simply call the raise...then play the flop...(maybe raising him if he min bets the flop, or pushing if checked to you) or to fold PF and push the BB next hand if its folded to you.

doubt there is any possibility of a resteal here. This would most likely lead to showdown poker. Think about your odds of winning that.

he's last to act on the flop...stop n go wont work, but that would definately be the move if possible (say button min raised and SB folded).
