Villain is 50/0 with around 1 postflop AF. Is the pot large enough to call this river? What about the flop smooth call?

Calls. You probably lost, but your getting enough to call.
You only need to win about 8% of the time here, so you really can't fold.

I'd be tempted to raise. I certainly wouldn't fold.

why raise?

Because it is more likely he has a 7 or mid pocket than a 5.

I didn't notice the 50/0 stat. Still, I have my doubts that Villain is holding a 5. He has done nothing to indicate this is so. He could have any PP, or a 7, or some donk hand. I would believe the 5 more if he C/R'ed the flop rather than betting out.

Most likely beat but I would still call hoping he had high pockets or something along those lines.

I wouldn't even consider folding. Raising on the other hand looks like an option. Not sure I would do it though.

The problem with raising is that if you are beat, this just costs you more money, and if your ahead there's a good chance that villian willl fold to said raise. I dont think raising has enough value here (it's more likely that you'll have to spend an extra bat than you will get an extra bet), but since you can't fold due to pot odds you should call.

Villain will probably call with almost anything that he was holding that was worth betting, thats just what players do at the micros. The bigger question though, is would we be able to fold to a 3-bet?

You might consider raising the flop to knock out SB

What would this accomplish? If we make our flush, I would think we would want SB in contributing. I don't think this is a situation where we have to worry about being reverse dominated or buying the 9 as an out. A raise on the flop may better define Villains hand however.

Flop is fine. I think you can just call the river and hope for the overcall from SB. You shouldn't be thinking about folding.

I don't see why.

(In the dark)

I think I'd raise the flop to buy some overcard outs. Is this wrong?

I'd call the turn and river.
