Hoop Dreams

This movie just came out on DVD. Just watched it. Wow. It gives you chills and really hits a lot of different emotions. Better than almost everything Hollywood puts out these days. I haven't seen a movie that connects you to the protagonists so well, real or imagined, in quite some time. Everyone should try to see this.

I do wish they had more and better extras considering how long the movie took to release on DVD.

Great movie. It's set in Chicago, so I knew the stories before they came out. Sad what happened to Gates. I saw Agee playing in the developmental league I think.

I'm glad the movie made the St. Joe's coach look like [censored], because he really is.
