hi im new to limit poker I used to play alot of SNG's and the variance was fairly low at those games.... I've been playing 3-6 for about 3000 hands now and I'm not doing so hot.. what kind of variance can one expect at this level? i'm loosing 1.45 BB/100 hands so far, I just want to see if anyone else has ever had bad streaks this long before?

3k Hands is a drop in the bucket...

Respond to hand examples and see if your advice matches up with others to see if you're good or not. Otherwise comeback in 10k hands.

3/6 prahly isn't the place to learn. Try the micros for a while.

Variance is high at 3/6, get used to it. I tried to read your post, but I was mesmerized by the fact that you misspelled losing and I lost all focus.

The very best players here have undergone 150 BB losses within 1k hands and less and have ran in the red for over 10k hand stretches.
