Besides not 3-betting pre-flop, no, not really.

The stop'n'go is wierd, he should have 3-bet and led or check-raised the turn.

River is fine against most opponents, though I think a fold wouldn't be terrible (QQ doesn't beat anything that would raise here except a bluff).

I think Hero B nailed it.

Hero A played his queens far too passively. He should have 3-bet preflop and 3-bet the flop (although waiting for the turn to raise wouldn't have been as bad had he 3-bet preflop). Assuming Hero A has a read on Hero B as a strong player, the river should either be bet/fold (if Hero B would not raise without at least a (EDIT) set) or check/call (if Hero B is tricky enough to raise a worse hand on that scary river card).
