Villain here is a weak LPP. I bet the river with the intention of folding to a raise. And I know the PF limp was bad.

Not a fan of your preflop limp at all.

Flop and turn are fine.

Do you really think a weak LPP player is going to raise on the river? He'll just call. Do you think he'll ever fold an overpair? If he will (which I doubt), then that's the only reason to bet. Otherwise check-fold. He won't bet any hands you beat.

check the river. You say he is a weak LPP...so maybe fold for one bet.

limping UTG with hands like 87s,89s,and 9Ts, is fine, BUT, you have to be a very loose passive game.
