I need some serious help preflop and a little help post flop in 50NL...

Preflop:

Hands I play no matter position:
I raise with always: AA KK QQ AKs JJ AK TT 99 AQs *Ajs KQs* *not always theese from EP*

EP: (also) *AQ* KQ KJ Qts Kts Jts Jqs ATs *88* *77* *may raise with theese in mid-late if no raises*
MP: (Also plus EP) AJ AT QT KT A9s-A2s (some times suited connectors) 66 55 44 33 22
LP: (Also plus MP and EP) JT J9 K9 T9(Sometimes)

I NEED HELP ON WHICH HANDS CAN TAKE RE-RAISES AND HOW ADJUST TO RE RAISES (Excluding AA KK). I can never feel one way or another on hands like AQs with a raiser and a caller...

IS this a good preflop stratagy for NL 50$ at PP???

Any suggestions PLEASE comment

ALSO:

Post flop->

I need to reduce beats like this, how did I play this wrong?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

MP2 ($45.28)
MP3 ($49.75)
Hero ($50.25)
Button ($70.23)
SB ($33)
BB ($51.17)
UTG ($58)
UTG+1 ($39.95)
UTG+2 ($53.95)
MP1 ($34.55)

Preflop: Hero is CO with K, K. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls $0.50, 4 folds, Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, BB calls $3.50, UTG+1 folds.

Flop: ($8.75) 3, 9, J (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3, BB calls $3.

Turn: ($14.75) 5 (2 players)
BB bets $6, Hero calls $6.

River: ($26.75) A (2 players)
BB bets $5, Hero calls $5.

Final Pot: $36.75

many times i find myself in theese positions, and i need to learn how to play them.

AND FINALLY:

Whats the point of betting 1/2 pot even if you miss *assuming you made a raise preflop*???? When I have been doing this, I have been called/re-raised 80% or more!!!!
please explain the ruling behind this *maybe players are just to loose because it seems whenever there is a preflop raise, it is followed with a 6 bet on flop...*

any suggestions would be helpful... and I would appreciate if you viewed my play...
