This is my first post--please be kind! It is about a situation that started April 3rd and was finally resolved (although not by Fastpoker itself) a few days ago.

Here are the links to the ecasinodeals forum which explains the situation and the resolution:

"I was just locked out of my account on Fastpoker.com for "chip dumping". Here is the hand that caused my account to be terminated:

$2-4 Limit April 3rd, 2005

I am dealt the Ace Five of hearts. Approx 5 people see the flop.

Flop--Jack Ten (heart) Eight (heart)

Turn--blank for me (seven I think)

At this point there has been minimal betting. I've been checking and calling and the river is heads up.

River--Three (heart)

I have the absolute nuts. There is no straight flush or full house possible. I CANNOT BE BEAT! I bet out and am raised. I re-raise. I am raised. I re-raise. This continues until the other player is all-in (about $200). I call the last bet and show the Ace high flush. He shows Jack Ten for two pair. In this situation, there is absolutely no other way I could have played this hand as there was no limit to the number of raises on the river. I needed to get as much value from this hand as I possibly could.

When I tried logging in tonight, there was a message saying that I was locked out. When I contacted support, they informed me that the investigation dept. has chosen to close my account for "chip dumping". My only action is to withdraw my bankroll. I have played approx. 134 hours on this site since I signed up around Feb. 25th, 2005 and have steadily grown my bankroll to $1700. I have never been involved in a "raising war" with another player because I don't do this unless I have an unbeatable hand. I would never jeopardize my active status on a site or resort to illegal tactics when simply playing well has proven so successful.

I am very upset that I have been yanked from this site for betting the nuts. If there is anything anyone can do on this site since I was referred to Fastpoker from here, it would be greatly appreciated.--Farnace"

Fastpoker closed the book on my case saying it was not up for review. Another casino (PokerRewards.com) heard about my situation and bankrolled me the $1500 that I lost. I received that money last week! Fastpoker should not be in business anymore and PokerRewards should be commended for their generosity. I would also like everyone to know that ecasinodeals.com is a wonderful site that will really go to bat for their members!
