Calling preflop here is a great way to put your balls in a vice.

this seems entirely read dependent to me. If MP has been raising a lot but is REALLY weak I push. If hes just been raising a lot but prob wont fold to a push I stop and go. If hes been quiet the whole game i gladly drop this

WTF? There are only 5 hands I don't want to see (AA/KK/QQ/AK/AQ). Most likely, raiser doesn't have these hands.

This is a clear push.

Seems pretty hit or miss to me. So would you push?

This is a push or fold. It depends on how good villain is. If he is not very good and loose I'll push. If he is better I'm probably folding since he knows he is committed to a call and I don't like KQs that much.

If I am calling preflop here it is a stop and go.

If the raiser is a weak tight player who isn't playing as aggressive as he should then a raise from middle posisition is a strong indication that he has one of these hands. Most of the time you are right though, i'm not laying this down. In most cases I think this situation merits a stop and go, but I think any play here can be justified with the correct read.
