I don't get why you couldn't just reply in the original thread. Why go and start a brand new thread? It's all about the ego with you.

Is this the only way you could figure out to get people to notice your birthday?

Happy birthday!

Justicial parallelism with the other thread would seem to call for some standardized response to develop to this thread and for everyone to post the exact same thing. Thus this thread could be kept alive along with the other one, and the difference between the original and the copy would be constantly reinforced as the original will continue to wnader in many directions and the copy could turn into a monotone impressive only for size. Of course, with a diverse ungoverned group like a message board this will be hard to achieve, but, if we could do it or even come close, it would have a similar impact to a thread that asks "How come nobody answers my posts?" with 0 replies.

So, since the above posts seem to be settling on "happy birthday" as a common theme, I suggest everyone answer this post with a simple "hb". (See below for example if that is too difficult to grasp in the abstract.)

No really, I am not trying to be rude. Who is Chuck Weinstock because his name was in red?

P.S. Who is Mike Jones?
