I would fold here unless I had seen alot of aggression from him previously. Seems like he wants a call to me. It's only level 3 and you've got 835 chips left. If I was in the SB and had two overs like AQ or AK, I would push rather than min reraise. I'm guessing he has an overpair.

Call is out of the question, I would not want to see a flop here with that much money on the board. Raise or fold depends on your image and his. Are you a blind-stealer or he is a maniac or defender? Then he might be defending his blinds with just 2 high cards so push (if you are ready to rumble). This could give you a nice image; "if i raise I have the goods". Backside is ofcourse you could loose.

If you have not been trying to steal blinds and SB is a tight player, then you should probably fold. This would make it hard for you to steal blinds in the future however.
