also there is the little known fact that the guy that made facebook worked for ppl that were making a facebook type site for some big school. he stalled on them for months before he said he was quiting. he coincidently launched facebook shortly there after.

there was an article on the start page of i2hub a while ago, linked to a couble of other articles that mentioned it. i really could care less if it was false or not, it was just nice to have some possible fact to prove that facebook was really evil in addition to corrupting the nations youth.

one of my friends had a day to write a paper in a day. so he would concentrate he borrowed someone else's ridlin. he knew he would have a little time before it kicked in so he went on facebook for a little while ... 2 hrs later, he had not started his paper, but had "a kick ass facebook profile." he had to pull an all-nighter to finish the paper.
