huh? you're probably joking, but just in case, paradise bonuses stack and never expire, unless i've been misinformed. (but i'm pretty sure i'm right as I have my original signup still pending from long ago. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif )

sb50 is not a reload. it is a new account bonus offered by the parent company and touted in an email distribution. it is identical to the GRANNY bonus (50% up to $100). however, people who already have accounts sent support an email after depositing and told them they got the email, and many people had the $100 manually posted to their account. it worked for many people, but not for me and several others.

to those that are not paradise players, reloads can be stacked, so when this reload begins, take a new acct bonus THEN stack with the reload right after.

Someone please comment on Paradise's 0.5/1 and 1/2 tables, which one is better? Compared to Party, is it easier or harder? Thanks!

I really do not like the paradise bonus. It is easy to clear, just to see a flop, but 10 hands per $1 isn't that great.

PRO: It's a $100 reload bonus
PRO: It doesn't expire

CON: It is a 10X clear bonus
CON: You can only have 3 tables open at one time at Paradise

Overall not a bad bonus, and after the way Empire has treated players, I'm certainly not taking any bonuses for granted anymore. I will happily be taking advantage of this bonus, and then when I'm done I'll keep $100 in my Paradise account and play there every week just for good karma.

Does Paradise now download my hand histories to my computer as I play, or do I still need to use the email system to get them onto my pokertracker?

What I'm really asking is whether or not I can use Gametime+ effectively with Paradise. Thank you.

You will need to use e-mail, Paradise does not download HH onto your hard drive.

I have a sum of money on Paradise right now, and I am guessing that withdrawing right now and then redepositing during the bonus is OK? I know most sites let you do that, but I just want to make sure I'm not tripping any red flags or anything.

(I'm not like you leet bonus whores, my roll is small. :\)

Not to sound ignorant, but does this mean that they clear at the same time???

no, the other one is waiting for you when you clear the new acct bonus.

paradise loves this. if you work off the bonuses, they have their money back and the rest is gravy. unlike empire, most people give paradise extra play because they don't have a rakeback deal to run back to. also, since they don't expire it is not an issue that they do not clear simultaneously.

Soooooo, if we have to download handhistories via email, can anyone tell me if gametime+ can be used effectively on Paradise? I'm not sure of the lag-time problems, and would rather not deposit if GT+ is unusable! Thank you.

Not directed at you specifically, but too many people have PT/GT+ (or PV for that matter) as a crutch to their game.

YOU ALMOST HOOKED ME!!!! I started out this reply by saying STFU, Who asked for your opinion?, I can see where you got your name, etc.

BUT THEN I REMEMBERED to exercise restraint and moderation in all things.

THEREFORE I will sinply say "Thank you for sharing!"

PS: STFU

Remember: BigBuck tournaments are $1 with 9% juice, or about $0.91 + $.09 - and entering in gives you one bonus point ($.10). That's 111% rakeback!!!1

What game(s) do you play? When I was playing on Paradise a few months back ($2/4 limit mostly, iirc) the cast of characters was such that I was able to get a couple hundred hands on about 80% of the people I encountered after only a week or so. Which meant that, yeah, I could use GT+ to see what their tendencies were.. but the email thing (especially during prime time) wasn't fast enough to give me up-to-the-second stats. Didn't matter, though.

PS: Responding to a useless post by pointing out how useless it is simply decreases S:N. Just Say No.

Another good thing is that they give it to you $10 at a time so you can clear part of it and then move your money elsewhere. Not too many sites do that.
