What do I need to Know for playing Sng?

I was going to start playing more sng. I was wondering what do I need to know? How big of a bankroll do I need? How often should I be in the money? What kind of ROI should I try to achieve? Any books or posts that i should read(already have read Aleomagus post)? Is it worth play stud or try to stick to holdem only? Do I need to consider anything else? ROI and ITM are very dependent on how big the level is that you're playing on. A ROI that wold look great on the 200's would look pretty bad on the 10's.

Read this forum a lot, and do a search on a post by "the shadow" that has links full of all kinds of SNG theories and ideas.

Reading Harrington on Hold'em couldn't hurt.
