The hand previous to this one was our first HU and s/he went all in and I folded Q 2o.

I was in a dominate position when we started HU and after two hands we were allmost even. Was I unlucky or could I have played it differently?

Slim says I'm good at this, so I'll offer my opinion.

Push pre-flop.

I don't like the one-bet raise pre-flop. If you're going to raise, put the pressure on him and raise more.

Regardless, when he comes back over the top of you, you have to fold. The best hand you are ahead of is J high.
