I don't see how you can fold getting like 10-1 on your call with AK.

This may be the hand that knocked you out, but this hand isn't the reason you came in 4th. Part of succesful bubble play is avoiding being in spots like this to begin with.

Ok, for the sake of intellectual exercise, I'll take a stab. I'm really just talking out of my butt here cuz I honestly don't know.

My guess at the correct play is to lay this down in the face of a raise and reraise because a) AK doesn't like company, b) booger is gonna be screwed if he doesn't call and win this.

On the other hand, (proving that I don't really know the right answer) folding might be weak because it essentially means you're playing for 3rd. (Is playing for 1st here is just a dream?) Anyway, after folding you have absolutely no FE left (not that you had much to start with), so you're gonna have to find a miracle if booger doesn't go out (and you might not get a better shot at a miracle than with AK).

Thats all I got. Could someone straighten me out??

He's either all-in this hand or next. I like my chances with AK than something random.

Also, stack size isn't a consideration here. Four-handed, I'm pushing AK. Every time.

With the blinds that big, you didnt really have a choice. The only way you can fold this is if the other small stack had pushed as well, and you could have taken 3rd. Even then, I'm not sure what the highest EV choice would have been, they just both would have been EV+. I dont see folding here as EV+.

I thought going all in was the correct play. just making sure from a value prospective.
