Do you guys do this? Or is this a case of misplaced agression?

Easy push IMO, but I'm a n00b so what do I know, heh.

All day, and then u HAVE TO steal once again this orbit.

Ok so this is one of those situations where you're suppose to push with a wide range of hands?

I would push with any two here.

Ok thank you, I'm glad we had this little talk.

This is a pretty routine push. The only thing that might change that is if you think BB will call you with just about anything. Since he's going to be getting 2:1, he's probably going to call you with lots of stuff here. You probably have a little folding equity right now, you will have none after the next orbit, and there are too many people that still need to bust to make sitting and waiting for a hand attractive. I think this is worth a try.

Easy push. I'd push this with almost twice this many chips.

I'd be even more inclined to push with twice as many chips; the FE is better and it's still only 6 BBs or so.

Exactly. You're pushing here because you have to. With more chips, you need it less, but you'll be more likely to be successful, so it balances out.

It would be interesting to graph the EV continuum...

Now that you're on the button and it is folded to you it is an easy push.

If I was in MP2 and it is folded to me I'm not pushing though.

edit: I'm pushing this with more chips as well, unless a short stack with 2 bbs or a big big stack is there.

You're going to lose this a lot, and you're in bad shape already. Bit you'll never have better position or folding equity. Your cards are even somewhat connected and a shade better than normal. A push is fairly mandatory here. You'll be pushing in about a half dozen hands anyway, and you'd rather do it with position and with cards that aren't a complete horror than say in MP, with no chips to scare anyone out with, and 7-3 offsuit in your hand.
