However, this process is faster for players who have completed and returned the Preferred Player Application with supporting documents (available from the Banking options or http://www.pay-pro.com/preferred_member.html).
You can check the status of your cash out anytime by selecting "Go to Cashier" from the Banking menu, then clicking on "History" followed by "Where is my money?".
Checks will only be mailed or couriered to your registered address. To change your mailing address for future cash outs, please login to the poker software and click "My Account" followed by "Update Personal Info".
