help me place this notorious big song

There's a biggie track I've heard on Hot97 several times that I can't seem to find, even after googling it. The only line I can remember is something like "thinking about the sexy singles I wanna sex," and then he goes on to say he wants to have sex with Mary J Blige and Mariah Carey. I think there's a line like "Mariah Carey/very scare-y." The song has a funky guitar riff and it's delivered in his high-pitched rapid voice.
