Level III 3 BB open raise in the $33s

I've been doing it a lot from CO, but from other positions too. I haven't been doing it long enough to know whether I'm just getting lucky or not, but it seems to be working like 2 out of 3 times and then most of the 3rd time I still get to see a flop.

I don't do it if I'm already getting shortstacked.
