Micro-online Hold'em games??????????/

I have a friend who is learning hold'em and wants to start playing online. He's interested in all sites that have .25-.50 or lower Hold'em games. The only ones I knew of are PlanetPoker(.05-.10 and .25-.50) and Ultimatebet(.25-.50). Please give me a list of any sites you know of. Thanks in advance.

one of the troubles there though is the speed of play - i hear making people play 5-10c on pacific is used as torture in some countries
