5 handed and a tough UTG raises. Everyone folds, does anyone agree with 3 betting QTo out of the SB?

No, unless you were the "tough UTG player" and are pissed that the SB did this to you and outplayed you after the flop. Then yes.

i fold oop against a tough player w/ a hand that makes second best all the time.

I would not make this play fearing domination and being out of position. However, this play was made by a very very tough player who wins big at high limits. It is one of only a couple of things i've seen him do that seem wrong. When a player this good makes a play that seems wrong i have to wonder if maybe i'm wrong.

Deception.

Say you are UTG with KK and the flop comes KJ9. Flop gets capped, turn brick gets capped.

You think to yourself, the only hand I fear is QT and he certainly wouldn't 3-bet from the SB with that, now would he?

River brick gets capped.

Villain turns over QT, Hero goes on tilt.
