A big leak in my game is playing good flops from crappy BB hands, Axs with just an ace on the flop, etc....the guy hadn't shown any aggression postflop and was within reasonable range of 25/8 etc...

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

saw flop|saw showdown

SB ($15.93)
Hero ($30.71)
UTG ($24.48)
Button ($29.94)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/club.gif. SB posts a blind of $0.1.
1 fold, Button calls $0.25, SB (poster) completes, Hero checks.

Flop: ($0.75) J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 4/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 4/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.45, Button folds, SB calls $0.45.

Turn: ($1.65) T/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2, SB raises to $10, Hero ??????

Easy push. Looks like a flush draw to me. Make him pay for it.
There was no aggression preflop so I dont think he has 3 Js or 3 10s. If hes a weak player, he might limp with J10, so your in great position to win a lot of money.

I think you're behind to another 4.

So do I. If you get outplayed here it's really not that big of a deal. Keep paying attention, and you should know soon enough if this is a huge hand or a bluff, and get them later.

This is a great point. I see this as a spot where you're either way ahead or way behind, and all signs point to way behind. I think there are two different outcomes to this situation. Either you fold and lose a small pot or play and lose a large one.

I folded and he (claims) he had KJ...I do play aggressive but any moron could see i was nut-peddling so i duno why he decided to "make a stand"

I would probably call against most opponents at this level as they'd push AJ, JT or any flush draw but the guy had as solid stats as you see at PP NL25

Good fold.
