4 handed blinds at 50-100 ALL STACKS ARE BEFORE POSTING
UTG-- booradlye83 (1110)
Seat 1: jparty4 (3380)
Seat 4: itzcamman (3020)
BB rambling_man (490)

I pick up 55 UTG

Here is the tricky part-- the blinds go up next hand!
It's a $30+3.

If i fold, and other 2 stacks fold to him, he has 550 with which to push into my stack. And i have to call with any 2. So i figured i'd be proactive instead of reactive. However, Pushing here-- i am pushing into 3 people instead of just 1. What do i do?

push.

juuuuuuuuust enough chips to perhaps keep the two big dogs for wanting to give up position. BB might call with any overs, but you're still a slight favorite. also - like you said, if you wait, you can count on one of the two big boys to take a stab at your blind.

Eastbay's program says fold if that helps at all.

Humble request:

When discussing the conclusions from my program, please list all of the assumptions you made for the opponents. It really is very important the usefulness of the recommendation.

I'd assume he uses the A9+ 77 assumption for everyone. Yes it's a fold, but what if the blinds are 100-200? That's a factor you can't quantify in EB's calc

You can look into it, just not automatically.

Look at your equity after you post your next blind. Depending on how likely it is that you will keep your blind (folded around), you want to estimate your fold equity as somewhere between your current prepost (which is used by default) and your equity after your next post. This is the number you want to compare to your push equity.

I am working on some ways to make this a little smoother without making too many assumptions about it.

Alright, cool, never thought of that, man i'm dull. I gotta learn to figure out this basic stuff on my own. Just compare $EV equity w/ different stack sizes-- thanx.
