I find myself in situations like this fairly often and I was wondering what the standard play is. Villian is a typical loose passive 0.5/1 player with a VP$IP in the 50s. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but do I fold or call down here?

You are getting 9 to 1 to call. Are you beat more than one out of nine times here? Couldn't he be overplaying KQ/KJ/KT here? Call turn and call river unimproved. If you're going to think about folding to a turn raise then you shouldn't be 3betting the flop.

I'm calling down here. Even if your opponent has something like k3, you would win with a 4,5 or ace on the river. Villan could also be overplaying something like kq. The pot is pretty big too, making this a pretty easy call down.
