How do you know it's COLLUSION?

The weirdest thing that happend i've seen is this. I don't remember the flop and cards exactly, but these 2 guys are raising preflop to the max. I thought it could have just been that these 2 were fools, but who raises to the max at the river with no hand and 2/4o ? It was 1/2 limit holdem, and they both left at the same exact time.

Maybe not collusion, but how do you really know if people are colluding?

by sending the player names and a breif description of your concerns to the support department at whatever site this was at.
