You have jacks in the big blind.

Level is very early, 15-30.

You have 1600, Button has you covered.

Folded to button who opens for 90.

SB folds.

You call.

Flop comes 8 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 2 /images/graemlins/spade.gif There is 195 in the pot.

You check, he bets 120, you raise to 300, he calls.

Turn comes 8 /images/graemlins/club.gif and there is 795 in the pot. What do you do and what is your plan?

Here are my questions:

a) What do you think of preflop calling vs. preflop raising?

b) What do you think of the flop check-raise? Would you prefer a different line? If so please explain your choice and rationale

c)Do you want to check or lead out? If you're leading out, are you pushing? If not, do you intend to get it all in within the course of the hand? If you check and he bets 400, how do you react? 600? He pushes?

I will admit that I was pretty clueless this hand. Thanks for all help.
