no reads. does the fact that i'm even thinking about folding this river indicitive of some kind of serious poker retardation? i've been feeling totally lost lately, although i've been winning like crazy. go figure.

Totally player dependent. You can fold this river if BB is a passive/straightforward player ... since he'll have a 5 or club flush more than 1 in 13 times. Some people NEVER bluff raise the river. You can safely save bets against them.

Unfortunately, this river card invites a bluff raise from someone calling with T9,T8,87, JT, etc. So if your opponent is capable of bluffing, I'd call the raise.
