I don't normally play nl, but I used to a lot in the past and I decided to have a go at it today. Anyway, I think this is my first post in the nl/pl forum.

Villain is a complete idiod. Not particularly aggro but not passive either, but He pushed pf w/A6o and overcalled an allin w/J9o. When he raises he likes to raise big pf, as seen below. Stats are 70/20/1.5.

Anyway how did I play this hand? If I would've pushed pf, I'm 99.9% sure I would've gotten called. Should I have just pushed being ahead most of the time?

UTG raises to $15, 4 folds, Hero calls $14.

Flop: ($30.50) 3/images/graemlins/club.gif, 3/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $6, Hero raises to $50, UTG calls $324.38 (All-In), Hero calls $216.73... (All-In)

Thanks for the help.

That's pretty damn aggressiv to play TT like that. Against normal players I would prob fold preflop. You are both deep stacked and he is a maniac, so I think your call is fine though for set value. Your flopp-play is good too, but I think he have a 3. That's how maniacs like that build there stacks. Raising with [censored] and when the hit hard they move all-in. It's possible that he is overplaying a flush draw.
